These notes outline important information and conditions for users who receive Smell Token as part of their interaction with the Scent Store service operated by Horizon. By receiving or using Smell Token, you agree to the following:

Article 1 (Nature of the Reward)

Smell Token is a digital asset issued for use within the Scent Store service. It does not represent legal tender, securities, or any form of guaranteed value.

The market value of Smell Token may fluctuate significantly due to external factors beyond Horizon’s control.

Article 2 (Use on External Platforms)

Users may choose to transfer or trade Smell Token on third-party platforms, such as cryptocurrency exchanges. In doing so:

• Users must review and comply with the terms, conditions, and regulations of those platforms.
• All actions taken outside the Scent Store ecosystem are the sole responsibility of the user.
• Horizon does not promote or endorse any specific platform and assumes no liability for losses, disputes, or outcomes related to external exchanges.

Article 3 (Tax Obligations)

Any taxes incurred from receiving, using, or trading Smell Token—including but not limited to income tax, corporate tax, and consumption tax—are the full responsibility of the user.

Horizon does not provide tax guidance or assistance with tax filings.

Article 4 (Program Changes and Termination)

The reward program through which Smell Token is distributed is subject to change or termination without notice.

The future issuance or distribution of Smell Token is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of Horizon.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

All decisions regarding receipt, holding, use, or trading of Smell Token are made at the user's own risk.

Horizon shall not be liable for:

• Loss of token value due to market fluctuations
• Financial damages, direct or indirect, resulting from token use
• Any disadvantage arising from changes in service or regulation
